First off Jenna did much better this weekend...only 2 fouls this time..yeah!!! It was great..she is the smallest but she is the mightiest. Sam and the cheer group cheered her and the teams on. Go Upward!

game night

We had a game night Friday at Church. Our group came out and we had a potluck dinner and played board games most of the night. We had lots of chicken to eat and worked it off playing twister. Everyone had a great time. I am to old to play twister..the ground is a lot harder than I remember.

Taste off

The girls and I went to A B Tech yesterday to go to the Mission Hospital Lighten Up for life cooking demos. It was so neat to be in the A B culinary center...since Jenna loves to cook. They had demos going on about how to cook healthier. We had a salad that tasted like the one we had in the Cuban restaurant, Citrus Miami salad. Jenna & Sam loved the soup from Frankie Bones. We went to 2 cooking classes, the 1st was taught by a chef from the Grove Park, she did a salad with rubella. The other was my favorite, he was a chef from the Biltmore Estate and he taught us how to make Cinnamon sticks. It was pretty neat.

Sam's report card

We got Sam's report card today.....she got 4 A's and 1 B,,,congrats to Sammy

All the girls did so so good...thanks for all the help I get from our homework helper the Bear and the math tutor Ho.

honor society papers are filled out and all her community service hours are done

They are going to go to their 1st full middle school dance tomorrow. All grades will be there and not all their friends are going but the girls are excited. Me, I'm a little scared but I'll getting through it.

please meet Walter

The last hamster was magical and wondered off but now we have little Walter for over 2 weeks and he has not escaped. He is a mini dwarf and is so cute. He looks like a little chipmunk. NO he doesn't sing about hula hoops but he love going through the tubes. He is so small that he can't move his wheel, so he is real quite.
